shown in this web site are in US dollar. Please use our shopping
cart system to place your order. Credit card payment is the only
payment option. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. You will be asked to provide your shipping and
payment information at the end of the ordering form through our
shopping cart system. Your private information will be protected
by SSL. Please be aware that we may run short or out of stock of
some products from time to time. We are usually able to send out
your order within 2 working days.
After checking stock and shipping cost, we will reply you e-mail
with the total. If there is any problem or change your order, please
reply within 24 hours. Otherwise, we take it you accepted. Your
credit card will automatically be charged and sent out by air parcel.
The shipment cannot be tracked because we send by regular air parcel.
There will be no tracking number. However, we guarantee the lowest
possible shipping cost. The shipment usually reaches in one week.
There are cases that it takes up to 2 or 3 weeks in busy seasons.
If you want your shipment to be able to be traced, please tell us
so when placing the order. Your shipping cost will be US$2 higher
with registered mail. If you do not have a credit card or cannot
use a credit card, please consult with us by e-mail. We usually
respond within 24 hours between Monday through Friday.
Return policy: Occasionally we will unknowingly ship defective merchandise.
If you receive defective merchandise notify us immediately, we will
credit or replace defective merchandise within (72) hours of shipment.
Report any shipping shortages to us immediately too!
We ship our products
to any country as according to your shipping instructions. You are
going to be responsible for the products you are buying across national
boundaries. Please check with the law of your country before placing
your order. We ship your order on condition that you agree that
the products you purchase are not to be used illegally. You are
rensponsible clearing your shipment through the customs in your
country and we are not to be held responsible for any problem at
the customs in your country.
